Return Policies

Return of defect-free goods
According to our terms and conditions, you are entitled to return defect-free products within 7 days of your order for a refund (provided they are in a resalable condition).
The return of the products must be sent via email to info@unew.ch must be registered with the subject "Return and Warranty". After receiving the registration and reviewing the information, you will receive the return form. 

We will not grant a refund for items if it is determined that they have been used, improperly put into operation, or if the packaging is missing or damaged.

It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the products by packaging them appropriately and using a reliable, reputable delivery service. Please include the completed return form with your products. 
The costs for returning the items are your responsibility.

Return of goods with defects (Warranty)
If you have received a non-functioning product, please send us an email at info@unew.ch with a brief description of the problem and a photo showing the batch number of the product.
We will check and arrange a replacement for the product after clarification with the manufacturer, provided it is a production issue and has been confirmed by the manufacturer.

Please understand that we cannot accept liability for incorrectly stored products. You must return a non-functioning product within 7 days (with the original packaging) so that the manufacturer has the opportunity to further investigate the product.
