Cancellation policy for training courses (DE/AT)

Scope
This cancellation policy applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB or § 1 KSchG who book a training course with UNEW Beauty Couture AG.
For entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB or § 1 UGB, there is no right of withdrawal .

Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a training contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of the revocation
In the event of a cancellation, we will refund all payments made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Special provisions for training courses with a fixed date

Since all training courses take place on a specifically agreed date , the following special cancellation periods apply:

1. Cancellation up to 30 calendar days before the start of the training course → 100% refund

2. Cancellation up to 15 calendar days before the start of the training course → 50% refund

3. Cancellation less than 15 calendar days before the start of the training course → no right of cancellation , as the fixed date triggers the legal exception according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the training has been fully completed or if we have started conducting it with your express consent before the withdrawal period has expired.
