LVL CeraLash - Tint Developer 3% by Nouveau Lashes is a professional product for lash professionals and use in daily salon life.

Product description

Developed to activate the colour molecules in the CeraLashTints.

This product is used together with CeraLashTints in professional LVL treatments when the tint is not mixed with the fix, to create beautifully fuller-looking lashes.

It contains 3% hydrogen peroxide and has been specially developed to activate the colour molecules in our CeraLashTint when used as a standalone treatment step. The tint developer opens the cuticle of the natural lash and allows the tint molecules to penetrate deep into the cortex to achieve intense colour and shine.

This product is accredited by the Vegan Society.
