Application: Your Evo Matte Top Coat is your final coat of a Bio Sculpture BIOGEL or Evo Gel manicure. Apply very thinly and evenly. If you don't get the desired effect after one coat, don't use a thicker coat, just apply another thin coat to add more speckles. Harden it in our for 10 seconds Ultra curing lamp or for 30 seconds in our Spectra curing lamp. This is a non-wipe top coat
