Who is eligible to open a Pro account?
Our shop is aimed exclusively at businesses and beauty professionals, such as cosmetic studios, lash and brow stylists, salons, and similar specialist establishments. We do not sell to private customers.
To activate your account, we require suitable proof of your professional activity.
Which documents do I need?
To register, we require suitable proof of your professional activity. Depending on your field, this could be, for example, a training certificate, a diploma, or proof of your beauty business.
Should we require anything else, we will contact you.
Can I shop without a studio?
Yes. Having your own studio is not a requirement.
Independent beauty professionals, mobile service providers, and other qualified experts can also apply for a Pro account, provided that professional activity can be verified.
Why am I not seeing any prices yet?
Prices and purchasing options are available to authorized business customers after logging in. Register your company and submit appropriate proof of your professional activity.
Please specify the country where your company is located. For companies outside of Austria, the DE catalog is displayed by default.
Which products are for professionals only?
Our entire shop is aimed exclusively at business customers and beauty professionals. We do not sell to private customers.
For individual brands or product systems, additional training or certification documents may be required.
How quickly will my account be activated?
We review new Pro accounts as promptly as possible. If all required information and supporting documents are provided, activation can generally take place without further queries.
If information is missing, we will contact you.
Where do the training sessions take place?
Depending on the brand and training, we offer in-person training, online courses, or a combination of both formats.
You can find available dates, training locations, and prerequisites directly with the respective academy offer.
Do I receive a certificate?
For certified training courses, you will receive the certificate designated for the respective training upon successful completion.
You can find the exact requirements and completion conditions for each individual training course.
How fast do you ship?
We will process your order as quickly as possible. Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post, DHL, or a comparable shipping service provider.
Delivery time depends on availability, destination, and shipping method. For questions regarding your order, please contact us with your order number.
When is shipping free?
For orders with a value of €400 or more and a shipping weight of up to 5 kg, we offer free shipping to Germany.
Below this threshold, the shipping costs for Germany for up to 5 kg are €6.50 excl. VAT. Surcharges may apply for higher weights, special formats, or specific shipping requirements. You can see the applicable costs at checkout.
For which country does this product range apply?
The standard "Germany / other countries" view displays the DE catalog with Nouveau Lashes and HD Brows. The offer is aimed exclusively at business customers.
Companies based in Austria should select "Austria" to see the range available there. We deliver to Germany and Austria via this shop. The market selection does not expand the delivery area.
